General & Services
We specialize in custom millwork, cabinetry, store fixtures, and merchandising displays for grocery chains and retail clients. Our services include CNC routing, welding and steel fabrication, fixture installation, and fixture repair — all performed in-house at our Texas facility.
Our primary clients are grocery chains, supermarkets, and retail operations — including large chains like H-E-B and regional grocers throughout Texas. We work with store owners, retail facility managers, store designers, and general contractors on retail construction and remodel projects.
Our fabrication facility is based in Texas, and our primary service area covers Texas and surrounding states. For large multi-location projects, we can discuss expanded geographic coverage. Contact us to discuss your specific project location.
Absolutely — custom fabrication is our core capability. We build to your exact specifications, whether you provide architectural drawings, planogram specs, or a rough concept. Our team can take a project from design through production and installation.
CNC Fabrication & Millwork
We work with a full range of commercial-grade materials including hardwood plywood, MDF, particleboard, hardwoods, and specialty panels. Surface options include commercial laminate, veneer, painted finishes, and thermofoil. For hardware-intensive applications, we also source commercial-grade hardware and fasteners.
Our CNC routers operate to tight tolerances — typically within ±0.005 inches. This precision is critical for multi-unit production runs where components must fit together consistently, and for applications requiring exact fit in an existing store layout.
Yes. Our CNC capabilities are specifically designed for scalable production. Multi-store rollouts requiring hundreds of identical components are a strength of our operation. Nested part optimization means we can efficiently produce large quantities while minimizing material waste.
Yes. We offer in-house painting, laminating, and basic finishing for most millwork products. For powder coat finishing on metal components, we have established relationships with local finishing shops for rapid turnaround.
Store Fixtures & Displays
We build a wide range of retail fixtures including gondola shelving units, end-cap displays, freestanding product displays, checkout lane merchandisers, tobacco merchandising cases, lottery ticket displays, gift card racks, produce display stands, deli counters, and pharmacy cabinetry.
Yes — tobacco fixture fabrication is one of our specialties. We build locking tobacco cases with commercial-grade security hardware, product display panels, and under-counter storage. Our fixtures are designed to meet chain-specific planogram requirements and can include brand-compliant finishes.
Yes. Front-of-store checkout lane merchandisers are a core product for us. We build complete lane systems including lane dividers, candy and snack rails, magazine racks, gift card displays, and impulse item fixtures — all built to chain planogram specs.
Absolutely. We work from planogram documents, architectural drawings, or store layout files to ensure every fixture fits your space and meets your chain's standards. If you have an established planogram, we'll build to it precisely.
Installation & Repair
Yes — installation is a full service we offer. Our experienced installation crews work in live retail environments and can work nights and weekends to minimize disruption to store operations. We handle everything from delivery coordination to final punch list walkthrough.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience working in live grocery and retail environments. Our crews are trained to stage materials appropriately, protect the sales floor, and maintain a clean and organized jobsite throughout the installation process.
Yes. Fixture repair is a significant part of our business. We can repair or refurbish damaged shelving, display cases, checkout fixtures, and cabinetry — often at a fraction of the cost of full replacement. We offer both shop repairs and field service visits.

Quoting & Process
Fill out our contact form with your project details — dimensions, quantity, materials, timeline, and location. One of our team members will follow up within one business day. For complex or large projects, we may schedule a call or site visit to fully scope the work.
The more detail the better. Helpful information includes: project type (cabinetry, fixtures, installation, etc.), dimensions or square footage, quantity, preferred materials or finishes, target completion date, and store location. Drawings, photos, and planogram documents are always helpful.
Lead times vary by project complexity and volume. Simple fixture orders may be ready in 2-3 weeks. Large cabinetry packages or multi-location rollouts require more lead time. We'll provide a realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout production.
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our fabrication. Structural warranties apply to all built components, and we address any defects in materials or workmanship promptly. Warranty terms are specified in project proposals and vary by product type.
